Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website and to registering for the HBCU Leadership Summit.
Agreement
By using this website or registering for the HBCU Leadership Summit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or register.
About the Summit
The HBCU Leadership Summit is a one day event for HBCU athletics leadership, scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2026 at the Champions Club at Center Parc Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. It is organized by PEIQ.
Registration and admission
- Registration for the 2026 Summit is free and is limited to 100 seats.
- Registration is intended for HBCU athletics leadership, conference leadership, and invited partners. We may decline or cancel a registration that falls outside that audience.
- Your registration is personal to you. Please do not transfer it to someone else without telling us, because our headcount, catering and building access all depend on knowing who is coming.
- We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who behaves in a way that is unsafe, harassing or disruptive to other attendees.
- If you can no longer attend, please tell us as soon as you know so the seat can go to someone else.
Changes to the event
Details such as the agenda, panelists, timings, venue, and format may change. We will publish changes on this website and email registered attendees. If the Summit has to be postponed or cancelled, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. Because registration is free, there is nothing for us to refund, and we are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you have already committed to. Please book travel with that in mind.
Travel, accommodation and costs
You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and any other expenses relating to attending. Any hotel room block we arrange is a convenience, and your booking is a contract between you and the hotel.
Photography and recording
We expect to photograph and record parts of the Summit, and we may use those images and recordings in materials about the event. By attending you agree that we may do so. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of the team at check in and we will make sure the photographer knows.
Please do not record sessions yourself without asking. Conversations at this Summit are candid because people trust the room.
Code of conduct
Treat other attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel with respect. Harassment of any kind is not acceptable and will end your attendance. If something happens, tell any member of the Summit team or write to [email protected].
